On a stunning Summer afternoon in Brisbane, Nick and Jen’s closest gathered together at the Reserve Restaurant in Milton and we celebrated in a most special and unique way. Nick and Ken’s vows, the ceremony we planned, the readings, heck, the location looking over the Brisbane River, and the degustation menu that followed, all made for the most memorable afternoon and it was such a profound honour to oversee the event.

We are just coming back to reality after a wonderful honeymoon in Tasmania. I saw your post on Facebook asking what people would change about their wedding – I can honestly say that my answer to that question would be, not a single thing. It was a perfect, relaxed, fun, beautiful day from start to finish. We were so lucky to have great, genuine people like you helping us pull off exactly the day we had hoped for.
We loved your website, but it was still a little nerve wracking putting our faith in someone we didn’t know, to really understand us and to help us figure out the ceremony that would feel right – until we met you! From that first meeting I was totally confident that you could help us pull it together and guide us through the process – and no matter how disorganised or last minute I felt, you were totally calm and relaxed. I think the most reassuring thing was that we felt like you got us, and meeting up to talk about the ceremony felt more like catching up with a mate than hard work!
I think your style at the ceremony was relaxed and funny, but still professional in a way that was reassuring to us as it was happening. I loved having everything on the iPad to look at if I got nervous during the ceremony. You also impressed our guests – all the feedback has been very positive! The ceremony itself was a perfect reflection of us and said everything we wanted – and we couldn’t have done it without your help.
I would recommend you as a celebrant without any reservation – Nick tells me we are definitely getting you back for our next wedding!
