Ant and Jacqui’s Salt wedding

We don’t even know where to begin.. I first went to a wedding expo when at this stage Antony and I thought we were going to get married overseas, so my best friend and I went to the expo just because! We met so many celebrants that night and we just kept repeating “no thanks, no thanks, no thanks”. After a few months Antony and I changed our minds about our destination wedding and decided to stay local, yet still on a beach. Everything was planned except for a wedding celebrant, which is one crucial part of a wedding! I then started to remember about the wedding expo I attended a few months ago and the only one person I could remember was Josh! He was funny, outgoing, relaxed and professional all at the same time. I turned my room upside down to find his business card which to this day I am so grateful I took! We found it, emailed him, had a meeting and thankfully for us he was free and available for our wedding date.

Josh’s professionalism and his outlook on his career is truly incredible and inspiring. We obviously weren’t very traditional and went for a beach wedding and all we wanted for our day was to be relaxed and fun and we can tell you – Josh is no boring wedding celebrant! He made everyone feel comfortable, he took the tension out of everything and as soon as I got to Antony we both just felt relaxed and were ready to get married.

After our big day nearly every single person that attended our wedding said what an incredible job Josh did. He made everyone feel comfortable and for that, I think everyone got to enjoy our day rather than sit there bored listening to how much Antony and I love each other.

For us, Josh took a lot of weight of our shoulders. We had no idea what we wanted in a ceremony or how we wanted it to flow. All we knew for certain was we wanted everyone to have fun and to just relax. Josh did exactly that! We had a meeting, spoke about each-other and just from speaking with the two of us for an hour he created our whole ceremony and it was absolutely perfect. It suited the two of us perfectly! Josh definitely goes that extra mile to make sure your day is everything you hoped it would be and he does it so effortlessly. We would HIGHLY recommend Josh to anyone!
